General Shipping Information:
Carolina Bands is a proud supporter of the United States Postal Service, UPS, and DHL for shipping on all orders. Items ship as promptly as possible, most often in less than one business day but not guaranteed. Carolina Bands is not responsible for items lost during transit once they have been shipped, but our team will be happy to work with you and do our best to help find your package if it is lost.

International Shipping
We do not ship international currently. Please use our contact form to express interest in having Carolina Bands shipped to your country.

Potentially Lost Items
USPS, UPS, and DHL are extremely reliable, and it's rare that an item goes completely missing. If your item has not arrived but the tracking says that it has, please call your shipping provider to inquire about it with them. Sometimes the item is still with the carrier, or sometimes it's still at their facility even though it says it's been delivered. It is up to the customer to locate the package with their shipping provider as this solves 99% of the missing package issues. Carolina Bands does not take responsibility for lost items. Once the package leaves our hands the rest is up to USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Orders/Inventory
Carolina Bands does its best to keep the inventory in stock, but from time to time we do run out of high demand products. If you somehow order a product that is out of stock our team will notify you.

Return/Exchange Policy
Unused Carolina Bands products can be returned for a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping back to Carolina Bands. Once the product is received and assessed as being in new condition in the original packaging our team will invoke a refund minus the fee. The refund will not cover any shipping costs involved with the transaction. Equal exchanges have no fee, customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping back to Carolina Bands. Please note that the original shipping and handling costs associated with an order are not eligible for refund.

Return/Exchange Instructions:
Please contact Carolina Bands if you want to return or exchange your order. We will only accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of receipt, and only if you email our team first to get approval. Returns/exchanges must be in new condition and have all the original items and tags in place, otherwise they will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped you can let our team know by using the contact form and we will refund your payment and cancel your order. Please note that once your order has been shipped that it is no longer valid for cancellation. Our team usually ship very fast so you can get your product as soon as possible so don’t be surprised if your order has already left our facility.
